Anand India Business Hub started with a simple observation: founders and SMEs in Mumbai's western suburbs deserved a workspace they were proud to walk their clients into — without the rent, deposit and lock-in of a traditional lease. So we built one.
Why we exist
I started Anand India Business Hub because the businesses around me in Mira Road and Bhayandar deserved better than crowded cabins above a sweet shop or a 5-year lease in a faceless tower. We built the kind of office I'd want to bring my own clients into — warm, well-run, and priced honestly.
Our mission is straightforward: give Indian businesses a workspace that is professional, flexible and warm — without making them sign their life away in a deposit and a 5-year lease. Every detail, from the cabin door signage to the chai we serve, is built for the way our members actually run their day.
